LARKANA: PPP Sindh Chief Nisar Ahmed Khuhro said Monday that the federal government was pursuing the dictatorial policy of removing opponents.

“Those who are issuing threats of sending PPP leaders to jails should now prepare themselves to go home. We sent dictator Pervaiz Musharraf home and now we will send his B team to their homes,” Khuhro said while addressing party activists' meeting of Sukkur and Larkana Division in Garhi Khuda Khuda to review arrangements made in connection with 11th martyrdom commemoration of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto to be observed on 27th December.

Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Nafisa Shah, Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani, provincial minister Imtiaz Shaikh, Bari Pitafi and Senator Aajiz Dhamrah also attended the meeting. The meeting decided to expose people’s-enemy policies of the government and show people’s power on 27th December.

Khuhro said that those, who were saying that PPP leaders will now go to jails, will be told that ‘who is going where’. He said PTI itself had been brought to power after a deal and nobody will seek deal or NRO from it.

He accused the PTI federal government of ending provincial rights and establishing federalism in the country and said the federalism or the kingdom will not be allowed in the country. He said PTI wanted to have 58-2B which had been struck off from the constitution which was why it was angry over 18th Amendment and provincial autonomy. He said PTI itself was defiant of constitution. He said a big public gathering will be held on 27th December which will be addressed by Asif Ali Zardari, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and PPP leaders from all four provinces of the country. He said arrangements had been made for the workers, 52 walk-through gates will be installed and four parking zones will be established in Garhi Khud Bux, adding security will be monitored through CCTV cameras.
