Usman Buzdar, provincial ministers to donate one month's salary to dam fund
The Chief Minister of Punjab Usman Buzdar announced on Saturday that he will be donating his one month's salary to dams fund set up by Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The CM also announced that apart from him, all provincial ministers will also be donating one month salary to the dam fund. On Twitter he wrote, " Water is life and our country is in dire need of it. #DamsForPakistan. "

In his address to the nation on Friday night, PM Khan appealed them to donate to the dam funds for the construction of Diamer-Bhasha and Mohmand Dams. He appealed the overseas Pakistan's to donate as they used to donate money for the Shaukat Khanum Cancer Hospital.
"Your donations will be safeguarded by me," the PM promised the overseas Pakistanis. Soon after his appeal, Malik Riaz Hussain of Bahria Town announced to donate Rs 50 million for the dam. President and CEO ARY Digital Network, Salman Iqbal also announced taht he will be donating one hundred thousand US Dollars for the dam fund.
