Laen business on grain market

Slow business was seen on the wholesale grain market on Thursday mainly because of less interest in fresh purchasing, dealer said. On the seeds side, cottonseeds oilcake with bag low type was lower by Rs 50 to Rs 2050 while the best quality was unchanged at Rs 2125, they said.
Commenting on the sluggish business, some commodity experts said that trading activity came down on the wholesale grain market due to lack of leads. They said that purchasing power is declining among the people. Prices were unmoved on the cereals, grams and rice sectors, dealers said.
