Dengue patient dies in Rawalpindi

Another Dengue patient died in Benazir Hospital here on Friday. According to details, a woman Sofia was undergoing treatment after Dengue virus was confirmed. Her condition deteriorated and she expired on Friday. According to reports, more than 1100 dengue patients are under treatment at all the three Allied hospitals namely Holy Family, Benazir Bhutto Hospital and District Headquarters Hospital. Doctors at the hospitals are highly concerned over the increasing number of dengue patients as the number of beds and medicines, as well as medical staff are under stress.
