Special teams of the Directorate of Municipal Administration (DMA) have started operation against illegal advertisements including billboards, pylons, banners and removed them from various locations of the federal capital. The operation has been launched in line with the directions of chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA), Maroof Afzal and Member Administration and Estate, Amer Ali Ahmed.
In this regard, special teams have been constituted by the DMA, which are taking part in operation against the illegally installed billboards, banners and pylons in different sectors of the city. During the operation, special teams of DMA have removed different advertisement boards ie billboards, banners and pylons from Sector F-6, F-7 and F-10 Marakiz.
Special teams of the DMA have also carried out operation against the illegal advertisement boards and removed these boards from Expressway, Kashmir Highway and G-12 areas. During the operation, special teams of DMA have also confiscated welding plants, cutter machines and other illegally installed material. Member Administration and Estate, Amer Ali Ahmed has directed Director Municipal Administration to continue the operation against the illegally installed advertisement boards without fear and favour.-PR
