KP converts 58-bed ward into COVID-19 facility in Peshawar

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has converted a 58-bed dedicated ward into a coronavirus facility in Peshawar.

In a tweet on Friday, KP Health and Finance Minister Taimur Khan Jhagra announced that the facility has been in partnership with MERF and IRC.

He further said that this is part of the government's plan to add more than a 1000 beds across KP through July and early August.

KP has reported 27,170 cases and 983 deaths so far. The province has started free testing for all. A person can call 1700 to get himself tested for free at his house.
