Commissioner Tahir Hussain has asked DCOs and DPOs to conduct surprise visits to matriculation examination centres to ensure transparency in them and an end to booty mafia. He also directed the supervisors and invigilators to make certain that no one could enter in the prohibited area around examination centres and take legal actions against those who found guilty.
He issued these directions during his snap visits to examination centres at Government Higher Secondary Kotwali Road, GC University and Government Islamia High School Khiaban Colony to inspect the examination process there.
The commissioner checked the arrangements made for the conduct of examination and also asked relevant questions from Superintendents and invigilators about the peaceful and transparent holding of examination. He further asked them to immediately contact with their concerned DCO and DPO in case of any kind of untoward situation. ACR Shafqat Ullah Mushtaq and other concerned were also present on the occasion.
