A supporter of Vicenza died Sunday following an accident at a Serie B match, the club said in a statement. The 19-year-old fan fell about six meters (yards) into a gap between sections at Parma's Stadio Tardini on Saturday. The game was stopped for several minutes as he was taken to a hospital where he later died.
No other parties are believed to be involved in the fall. Parma won the match 4-0.
