ISLAMABAD: Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Zubair Mahmood Hayat Tuesday called on Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and discussed defence and security matters.

The issues related to strategic and operational preparedness of the armed forces also came under discussion, a PM's Office statement said. –
