There are still wounds of sugar, cement, steel, cartels on small traders and consumers and the above SRO is going to create one more cartel of exporters of home textiles and finished fabrics as only in-house dyeing and printing would be eligible for R&D at five percent.
This will eliminate commercial exporters who have established markets after years of struggle. The subjected SRO will encourage big fishes - some of whom are members of NA, PA, and Senate. Therefore, we request to grant R&D either to all or not to anybody.
