The ninth convocation of Hamdard University, Karachi will be held on Saturday (May 21) at the Madinat-ul-Hikmat to confer degrees to 1,525 graduates and scholars. According to a press release a total of 49 gold medals will be awarded to the best graduates, first position holders of various faculties. Of the total six gold medals under the title "Hakim Mohammad Said Shaheed" will be given away to the best graduates and 43 gold medals to the first position holders of various faculties of the University.
The Hamdard University has so far produced 9,325 graduates and scholars since its inception in the discipline of engineering, medical, management and social sciences and in eastern medicine, pharmacy and legal studies by imparting quality education.-
