imageHYDERABAD: The Amir, Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Siraj ul Haq has underlined the need for taking concrete measures for rooting out corruption from the country.

The institutions of the country are at the verge of collapse because of corruption therefore stern action is necessary against corrupt elements, he said this while addressing a gathering here at Hyderabad Railway Station on Friday evening.

Sirjaj ul Haq who is leading the train march said corrupts deserved to put behind the bars therefore his party has launched massive campaign against corruption which involved in destabilizing the country.

He also criticized the drone attack in Balochistan adding that it was against the sovereignty of the country and unacceptable for the countrymen.

He appealed to the people to support Jamaat-e-Islami and promised that if his party come into power, it would not only root out the corruption but also bring revolution to various sectors including health and education.

He said that if the party take the command of the country, it would establish universities in each district of the Sindh, provide employment to jobless youth and free of cost medical treatment against five deadly disease.

He, on the occasion, demanded the establishment of university in Hyderabad and stoppage of detection bills to consumers by HESCO.

Among others, Secretary General Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Liaquat Baloch and District Amir Hyderabad Hafiz Tahir Majeed also addressed the gathering.

Other leaders including Asadullah Bhutto Advocate, Dr. Mairajul Huda and Abdul Waheed Qureshi were also present on the occasion.
