ISLAMABAD: The Senate Standing Committee on Housing and Works Tuesday discussed total number of sanctioned post in the Public Works Department, Federal Government Employees Housing Federation and Pakistan Housing Authority Federation alongwith appointments made during the last three year with province-wise breakup.
Maulana Tanveer Ul Haq Thaknvi, who chaired the meeting, expressed his displeasure over incomplete information and not timely provision of relevant information.
The meeting was informed about total strength of these organizations and vacant posts in various categories. It was also apprised about the land of housing authority occupied in Karachi.
The meeting was attended by Senator Khanzada Khan, Khalida Parveen, Saifullah Khan Bangash and officials of various organizations.
