ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali on Wednesday said that law and order situation in Karachi had improved due to the ongoing operation.
Talking to a private news channel, he said that crime rate in the mega city had reduced 90 per cent as the operation was launched against criminals and not against any political party.
He said the operation would continue till the achieving of the objectives.
Replying to a question, he said that Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) got victory in by-elections and Local Government (LG) polls due to its performance and credibility.
Abid Sher Ali said that people had endorsed the policies of PML-N government and its leadership.
He said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) should play positive role in the Parliament and should focused on its government in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa.
He said that people of the country had rejected the politics of agitation of PTI.
