The actor-turned-politician BJP MP Shatrughan Sinha, who caused embarrassment to the party in the run-up to Bihar polls, met today with Janata Dal United (JDU) leader Nitish Kumar and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad Yadav.
According to Indian media reports, showering praise on the (JDU) leader, Sinha said, "Nitish Kumar is the tallest leader in Bihar." He also added that Nitish is the most respected politician and would be a strong Chief Minister.
BJP leadership seems unhappy with him, to which Sinha said that he cannot stop the BJP if the party wants to take action against him. He further claimed, "I did not act against the party in any way." The actor added that his win indicated the triumph of democracy and the beginning of a bright and new government in Bihar.
