Pakistan film industry is on its reviving stage, after giving some fairly good back-to-back movies in form of ‘Waar’, ‘Na Maloom Afraad’ and ‘Jalaibee’, another youth oriented film ‘Ho Mann Jahan’ is set to release soon.
Official trailer of coming age musical film ‘Ho Mann Jahan’ has just dropped in and seems like giving some fresh new hope to Pakistani cinema.
The film stars Mahira Khan, Adeel Hussain and Shehryar Munawar in lead roles while names like Arshad Mehmood, Bushra Ansari, Nimra Bucha, Sonya Jehan, Jamal Shah and Munawar Siddiqui are also an active part of the movie. The movie is currently in production stages and is expected to hit theatres on Eid-ul-Azha.
‘Ho Mann Jahaan’ is a story about three college friends played by Mahira Khan, Sheheryar Munawar and Adeel Hussain who belong to different social classes and are brought together by their undying love for music. It seems more like a musical-drama film as few finest Pakistani singers including Atif Aslam, Gumby, Fakhir Mehmood and Jimmy Khan has lent their voice for the film.
Sheheryar Munawar, who not only has a lead role in the film but is also one of its co-producers, shared his thoughts on the movie. “What you have seen in the trailer is not a fraction of what’s in the film obviously. We were really careful not to give away any part of the story. I am really excited and can’t wait for the film to release,” local media reported.
Mahira Khan after wrapping up the shoot for ‘Ho Mann Jahan’ will make her Bollywood debut with ‘King of Bollywood’ Shahrukh Khan in ‘Raees’.
