ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain, on advice of the Prime Minister has approved fixation of term of Justice Riaz Ahmad Khan, Chief Justice Federal Shariat Court for a period of three years.
The summary was initiated by Ministry of Law, Justice and Human Rights. The fixations of term is w.e.f the date he makes oath of his office or till the holder of the office reaches the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.
