imageBRUSSELS: Eurozone inflation fell again in August to 0.3 percent, official EU data showed on Friday, bringing the threat of a deflationary spiral dangerously close.

The data will be seen as adding pressure on the European Central Bank to relax its monetary policy further. Eurostat also reported that the eurozone unemployment rate was steady at 11.5 percent in July.
