(Karachi) The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has decided to take help from Interpol to extradite Salman Shahbaz, son of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif, media reported on Sunday.

The anti-graft watchdog will provide all the evidences against Salman Shahbaz to the national crime agency. Salman Shahbaz is absconder in money laundering case and non-bailable arrest warrant has also been issued against him.

Earlier, he was also declared a proclaimed offender in the said case. NAB requested the accused to be declared absconder due to his consistent absence from court proceedings.

Back in 2019, NAB had seized the property of Salman Shehbaz over his no-show despite repeated summons in a money laundering case.
