imagePESHAWAR: Spokesman and Parliamentary Leader of ANP in KP Assembly, Sardar Hussain Babak lamented on Tuesday that those who promised of eliminating corruption, price hike, lawlessness and unemployment from the province during their election campaign, have snatched even bread from the poor masses.

Jamat-e-Islami, he said should feel ashamed for placing plaques of their names on projects initiated during ANP regime adding religious parties were deceiving people in the name of religion.

Addressing the workers' convention at Amazai, Babak said the whole province was besieged by lawlessness and target killing has become a profitable business while the provincial government has arranged a gala of dancing and singing at Islamabad. He said Sirajul Haq also daily attend this gala in the name of dialogue.

In election 2013, he said ANP was targeted for safeguarding the identity of Pukhtuns and strongly condemning those elements who were destroying the mosques, houses, hujras and educational institutions of Pukhtuns.

Sardar Babak said it was the practice of PTI to put blames of corruption on others without proofs but they always failed to prove their allegations. We served the Pukhtun nation in a way that has no match in the past and we would do the same in future. ANP, he said did not believe in mere slogans rather in providing practical services to the masses.
