Police arrest fan who ran away to marry Salman Khan

Bollywood’s most eligible bachelor Salman Khan has recently avoided an unusual situation where a mentally disabled fan reached Galaxy apartment in Mumbai to marry the superstar. Luckily the actor is currently in Goa to launch his upcoming reality TV show ‘Bigg Boss season 12’.

The lady was later handed over to her family by the city police but this dangerous encounter left everyone shocked. Salman has been in Goa for the past couple of days due to his work commitments.

As reported by PTI, the 24-year-old woman left her home in Uttarakhand on August 11, 2018, and reached the Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai. However, the security guards obviously did not allow her in. She was later spotted walking aimlessly on a bridge on the Eastern Freeway by a few people who later informed the police. The police took her into custody and learnt that she is not mentally stable after a proper medical examination was conducted. After thorough checking, her father was contacted and she was handed over to him following proper verification.

She reportedly told police that she came to Mumbai to marry Salman Khan.
