The wheat export tax will be set at $28.1 per tonne starting from June 2 to June 8, the ministry said. Export taxes for barley and maize are at $39.6 and $52.2 per tonne, respectively.
Rice output in the world's biggest exporter and the second largest producer is estimated at a record 121.46 million tonnes compared to a forecast of 120.32 million tonnes in February.
The farm ministry pegged peanut production to be at 10.12 million tonnes in 2020/21, lower than its earlier estimate of 10.15 million tonnes.
That was down from 31.27 million tonnes cleared by the same week last season, the data showed.
Since Jan. 1, the European Commission's data has covered the EU's 27 countries only, whereas previous figures up to Dec. 31 covered both the EU-27 and Britain.
That would still be above 2020/21 production of common wheat, or soft wheat, of 117.2 million tonnes, the Commission's monthly supply and demand data showed.
The Commission also lowered its projection of soft wheat stocks at the end of 2021/22, to 11.4 million tonnes from 12.9 million last month, reflecting the reduced harvest forecast.
Russia competes with the European Union for the rank of the world's largest wheat exporter.
More than 700,000 hectares, about 18% of the region's total area, will be up for potential replanting, though IKAR said it expected the actual resowed area to be smaller.
