ISLAMABAD: National Assembly Business Advisory Committee on Monday decided to continue the 11th session till May 16.
The Business Advisory Committee met in the Parliament House with Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in the chair to discuss the business for the National Assembly session started on May 5.
The Committee also decided that sittings of the National Assembly will be held in morning except Mondays.
It was further decided that National Assembly would take up question hour, calling attention notices and discuss law and order situation and power outages in the country apart from legislation during the current session.
The meeting was attended by Ch. Muhammad Barjees Tahir, Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan, Sheikh Aftab Ahmed, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs/Chief Whip of the Pakistan Muslim League (N), Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada, Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination, Jam Kamal Khan, Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Resources, and MNAs Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhary, Ch. Muhammad Ashraf, Ms. Shaista Pervez, Shahab-ud-Din Khan, Syed Naveed Qamar, Dr. Arif Alvi, Iqbal Muhammad Ali Khan, Sheikh Salahuddin and Sahibzada Tariq Ullah.
