Another doctor kidnapped from Quetta

QUETTA: Unknown armed men have kidnapped another doctor from the city on Monday night.

Police sources said that unidentified gunmen intercepted the vehicle of Dr. Abdul Aziz of Helper Eye Hospital and offloaded him and forced him to board their vehicle.

The kidnappers took away the doctor to unknown destination; police said adding that the abandoned vehicle of the doctor was found on Badini road in Bhosa Mandi area by Satellite Town police.

Police said that kidnapped doctor belonged to Buledi Baloch tribe. He was resident of Helper Eye Hospital Quetta medical colony.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) Balochistan chapter has called its emergency meeting on Tuesday to review the unabated incidents of kidnapping of doctors.
