imagePESHAWAR: A three-day gems and jewellery exhibition would begin on 5th December at Peshawar Museum from 9am to 4pm.

The exhibition organized by the Tourism Corporation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Royal Gems Gallery, APECA, Women Chamber of Commerce, Directorate of Archaeology & Museums and Directorate of Archives.

Advisor to Chief Minister Amjad Afridi would be the Chief guest at the opening ceremony.

Commenting on the exhibition he said "For the past four- year the city of Peshawar has been neglected and that's why no gems and jewellery exhibition has been held.

This is a great initiative and it promotes the Tourism Product and the soft image of the province.

The uniqueness about this activity is that many new and young female entrepreneurs would participate and showcase their collection. The exhibition does not only include the products of KPK but from all over Pakistan and that's why entrepreneurs would participate from Skardu, Karachi, Gilgit, Multan etc. The exhibition would be for families only.
