The total number of deaths in Sindh rose to 61 on Monday after the province reported five more deaths due to coronavirus.
Senator Murtaza Wahab took to his official Twitter handle and said that in the past 24 hours, the province tested 1600 people. He further said 227 people tested positive for the virus.
With these new cases, Sindh's total number have reached 2767. The province has lost 61 people to the deadly disease. In the last 24 hours, 10 people have recovered from COVID-19 in Sindh, Wahab added.
Total number of recoveries in Sindh are 635.
