A Spokesperson for the Power Division strongly refutes the news item "Pakistan Team in Istanbul to finalize deal with govt. Karkey" carried by Business Recorder where it has been misreported on self assumed notion that "there is an impression in official circles that whatever story is being sold by the government is perhaps not true and facts may be totally different."
It is reiterated that the settlement agreement being concluded is based on zero cash payments offsetting the decree of 1.2 billion $ against Pakistan.
