- The new policy will take government's recruitment into the 21st century, KP finance minister said.
Finance Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Taimur Khan Jhagra has announced a new recruitment policy in the province, which will assess individuals on their skills and ability as opposed to a rigid interpretation of their track record.
The finance minister took to his Twitter handle and announced that the government's new policy for market based talent 'takes government recruitment into the 21st century'. He said the new policy will not consider age, years experience and number of degrees only. But recruitment will be based on the skills, achievements and potential of candidates.
