LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has congratulated Malala Yousafzai on getting the leadership award of Harvard University.
In his message, he said that award for Malala in recognition of her services for promotion of girls' education, was a matter of pride for the country.
Her struggle for promotion of girls' education is a beacon of light as she is a ray of hope for the girls desirous of getting education, he added.
It is satisfying that the whole world has admired the services of Malala Yousafzai for promoting girls' education, the chief minister concluded.
