KARACHI, Dec 6 (PPI): To improve healthcare facilities for workers of the SITE Karachi area a medical college and teaching hospital would be opened here soon, said Sindh labor minister Ghulam Murtaza Baloch.

Addressing a meeting with Site Association of Industry office-bearers at the association’s office, he said soon the approval for this medical college would be sought from the Sindh government. He said he would also take efforts so that a unit of NICVD be opened in Valika Hospital SITE. He gave approval for more ambulances for the SITE Association. He said civic infrastructure in SITE Karachi would be improved. He said repeated audit would be ended and every industry would be audited once every year.

SITE Association president Saleem Parekh, Naved Wahid, Zubair Motiwalla, Javed Bilwani and others also spoke.
