KARACHI: Pakistan Rangers Sindh on Wednesday claimed to have apprehended six criminals, including three Lyari gang war accused, during targeted raids in different parts of the Karachi.

According to a press release issued by the paramilitary force the rangers carried out a targeted raids in Chakiwara and Kharadar areas and apprehended three Lyari gang war accused.

It further stated that the arrested accused were involved in drug peddling.

Separately, the paramilitary soldiers carried out raids in Steel Town and Zaman Town areas and arrested three street criminals.

Rangers also claimed to have recovered weapons, drugs and contraband from their possession.

They were handed over to police for further legal action.
