LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar Friday said the hundred-day plan of the PTI government was a roadmap for a vibrant change in the country.
In a statement issued here, he said that reforms agenda was a step on the part of Prime Minister Imran Khan, which will benefit the whole nation.
The foundation of a new Pakistan had been laid by the PTI government under the leadership of Premier Imran Khan, he said and added the future of the country was bright and vibrant.
The CM said that the government achieved numerous successes on internal and external fronts in a short period of time.
Overcoming the payment crisis was yet another achievement of the government, he added. Meanwhile, steps were also being taken for development of the agricultural sector on emergency basis. No one can harm the interests of people as long as Imran Khan was there, he said.
He said PTI has successfully achieved the target of national development and prosperity of people, adding, Prime Minister Imran Khan and his team deserve accolades for their efforts to speedily implement the 100-day plan.
He said that Prime Minister's agenda was a vibrant plan of national development and the conscious people were fully satisfied with the performance of the government. He said the government has devised policies for welfare of masses.
The government had efficiently worked in its first 100 days, while no government in the past was able to introduce such a wonderful programme, he maintained. It was for the first time in the history of the country that policies had been devised keeping in view the interests of people and the state.
He said that the government had sincerely worked to implement the reforms agenda in its first 100 days and Punjab was burning the midnight oil in this regard. He reiterated that Punjab would play a leading role in fulfillment of reforms agenda and it would be leading for materializing the national development targets.
