Distribution of laptops revolutionary step: Shahbaz

LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said that the revolutionary programme of Punjab government of distribution of laptops among talented students will leave a far-reaching impact on education sector.

The students will also be able to undertake their research work in a better manner.

He said that this project would also be executed in a transparent manner in accordance with the policy of Punjab government and 300,000 laptops will be distributed next year.

He was talking to Assembly Members of various districts at Raiwind on Tuesday. The CM said that the young generation was the guarantee to a glorious future of Pakistan and the country could be put on the road to progress through imparting modern education to the youth.

He said that unprecedented steps had been taken for the uplift of education sector.
