MQM Rabita Committee Hyderabad has urged the higher authority to cancel all agreements made with local builder in the district. Member Rabita Committee MNA Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui made this demand while addressing a press conference at Hyderabad Press Club on Sunday.
He flanked by MNA Syed Waseem Hussain, MPAs Dilawar Qureshi, Sabir Qaimkhani and Rashid Khilji said that the Rubi Cone Builders and Developers was leased the land of hundreds of acres by Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA), which did not follow the rules and procedure while leasing the land.
He demanded cancellation of the said lease.
Besides, many people who got allotted plots or flats by the builder in Hyderabad but did not get possession despite paying the whole amount, he said. He urged higher authority to take a notice of the issue.
