The media rights of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2016-18 given to PTV Sports and Ten Sports are being challenged at the Lahore High Court. On Monday, Lawyer Shahzada Mazhar on behalf of a citizen said that Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), instead of selling the media rights via a fair and transparent bid process on December 3, had announced the broadcasting of the matches of PSL in Pakistan on the PTV Sports and Ten Sports through a press release. He announced his intention to have these rights set aside.
