Inspector General of Police, Sindh, Ghulam Haider Jamali, on Sunday directed the field officers to conduct regular surveillance of procession routes, parking points and enhance police patrolling, snap checking, picketing and advance intelligence collecting in the metropolis to ensure peace and security on the occasion of Chehlum of Imam Hussain (RA). He also gave directions to enhance intelligence-based targeted actions and ensure foolproof security to all mourning processions.
