The 14th Rafi Peer Youth Performing Arts Festival is starting from Thursday (today) and will be continued till November 22. Music, dance and theatre teams from National College of Arts, Kinnaird College, Government College University, Punjab University, Lahore School of Economics, St Anthony's High School, Salamat School, Beaconhouse School System and Lahore Grammar School are participating in the festival.
On Wednesday, Chief Executive Officer of Rafi Peer Theatre Workshop Usman Peerzada along with Directors Aleena Peerzada and Tasneem Peerzada said that since its inception the festival had aimed at to support artistic expression and promote young performers to nurture their links to cultural and traditional arts. Director Aleena Peerzada said they had received a good public response. "For us, it has been an emotional journey."
