Modest trading was seen on the wholesale grain market on Saturday in the process of trading, dealers said. On the cereals side, Masoor Canada was lower by Rs 700 to Rs 9400 and Rs 9800, Masoor Dall Canada followed suit, low type lost Rs 1400 to Rs 11000 and the best quality was lower by Rs 600 to Rs 12000, other commodities held the overnight levels, they said.
On the rice sector, Irri-6 Sindh low quality was unchanged at Rs 3375 and the good variety was down by Rs 25 to Rs 3475, they said. On the seeds side, Til regular gained Rs 100 to Rs 4600 and Rs 4900, Til small picked up Rs 200 to Rs 4500, cottonseeds oilcake with bag Sindh with bag low type shed Rs 50 to Rs 1600 while the best quality was inert at Rs 1775, they said. Prices were unchanged on the grams side, they said.
