Modest trade on grain market

Modest trade was seen on the wholesale grain market on Monday in the process of trading, dealers said. On the cereals side, Moong Punjab was sharply down by Rs 1250 and Moong Afghan followed the same pattern, losing Rs 700 to Rs 12250, wheat new Bardan also shed Rs 50 to Rs 3100, they said. On the seeds sector, cottonseeds oilcake market Sindh new low type was up by Rs five to Rs 1730 and the best type was lower by Rs 25 to Rs 1775, they said. Prices were unchanged on the grams and rice fronts, they said.
