On the directions of Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA), Maroof Afzal, Enforcement Directorate of the Authority on Thursday carried out an operation to retrieve CDA land, adjacent to the some residential houses in Sectors F-6, F-7 and F-10 from illegal encroachers. The operation was carried out by Enforcement, Environment wing and other relevant formations of the Authority.
During the operation, the lawns and gardens established on CDA land were removed and CDA land adjacent to the five residential houses in different sectors was retrieved from illegal occupants. He directed the Enforcement Wing to continue the indiscriminate operation against illegal constructions and encroachments without any fear or favour. He further directed to take effective measures and ensure vigilant monitoring so that these encroachments could not be cropped up again.-PR
