An additional district and sessions judge Ghaffar Mehtab here on Wednesday sought comments from Old Anarkali Station House Officer (SHO) on a petition seeking registration of a case against PTI leaders Imran Khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi under terrorism charges. Petitioner's counsel Kashif Sulemani contended that Imran Khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi were fomenting chaos in the country through their provocative speeches.
He said both leaders also criticised a judicial tribunal formed to probe Model Town killing. The petitioner, prayed to the court to direct the police to register a case against the respondents on terrorism charges.
