Chief of Taliban negotiation committee and JUI-S Maulana Sami-ul-Haq have said that operation either it is formal or informal in tribal areas has damaged the ongoing peace process in the country. Addressing certificate distribution ceremony among the outgoing students of Government DarulUloom, Charbagh, Swat he said that Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has become Raja Porus and after returning home from abroad issued such a statement that affected the negotiation process.
He said that operation is no solution to any problem. However, after operation the government had to come on table talk.
He said that Karachi situation has become a dilemma, saying that three parties are responsible for uncertainty in the financial capital of Pakistan.
He urged Imran Khan to implement the slogan of change, saying that Khan has even failed in the implementation of its commitments in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Imran Khan, he said instead of carrying protest movements should support us in the restoration of peace.
Maulana Sami-ul-Haq said that bringing Taliban on negotiation table was a big achievement. But, he said the government failed in taking benefit of the cease-fire.
He said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is serious in negotiations, but is facing internal and external pressures. He said that rulers in both Afghanistan and Pakistan are not the well-wishers of Pakistan.
He said that conspiracies are being hatched against religious seminaries to defame them.
