KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 12.081 billion and the number of lots traded 9,894.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 3.795 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 3.173 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.909 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.453 billion), DJ (PKR 485.150 million), Silver (PKR 381.067 million), Platinum (PKR 346.411 million), Copper (PKR 276.789 million), SP 500 (PKR 139.772 million), Natural Gas (PKR 105.182 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 15.070 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 4 lot of Cotton amounting to PKR 4.092 million were traded.
