Samba Bank: SNB, advisors allowed to undertake due-diligence

KARACHI: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has granted approval to Saudi National Bank (SNB) and its advisors, DD team, to undertake due-diligence of Samba Bank Limited (SBL), subject to compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Samba Bank Limited stated this in its material information sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
