KARACHI: On Wednesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 13.675 billion and the number of lots traded at 15,519. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 4.317 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 3.408 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.189 billion), Silver (PKR 1.099 billion), DJ (PKR 1.030 billion), Platinum (PKR 633.097 million), Crude Oil (PKR 411.295 million), Copper (PKR 355.684 million), SP500 (PKR 132.639 million) and Natural Gas (PKR 96.886 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 6 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 4.064 million were traded.
