Gold price jumps Rs800 to Rs129,500 per tola

  • The gold prices in the international market increased by Rs. 9 and was traded at $2050 against $2041 on Thursday, the association reported.

ISLAMABAD: The price of 24 karat gold witnessed sharp increase Rs. 800 on Thursday and was traded at highest-ever rate of Rs. 129,500 as against its trading at Rs. 128,700 the previous day.

Likewise the price of 10 gram gold also witnessed increase of Rs. 685 and was trade at Rs. 111,025 against its sale at Rs. 110,340, Karachi Sarafa Association reported.

The price of per tola silver increased by Rs. 20 and was traded at Rs. 1650 against its price at Rs. 1630 whereas that of 10 gram silver went up by Rs. 17.14 and was sold at Rs. 1414.6 compared to Rs. 1397.46.

The gold prices in the international market increased by Rs. 9 and was traded at $2050 against $2041 on Thursday, the association reported.
