UAE officials inspect quality Halal meat factories

A two-member team of officials of Ministry of Environment UAE carried out annual inspection of factories exporting quality red Halal meat products to the UAE. Sources said here on Tuesday that the UAE officials inspected offices and processing plants of six meat exporters including Anis Associates (Pvt) Limited and Zeenith Limited. The officials assessed health and safety measures in these organisations.
Anis Associates (Pvt) Limited Chief Executive Officer Nasib Ahmed Saifi said Anis Associates is a leading and innovative supplier of top quality red Halal meat products for the local, national and international retail, commercial and foodservice markets."Over the years, we have developed to become one of Pakistan's leading and respected suppliers of top quality beef, mutton and its products for the foodservice markets," he said.
