Sindh's budget for the fiscal 2011-12 is people friendly. This was stated by Sindh Minister for Social Welfare, Begum Nargis N.D. Khan while talking to various delegations at her office here on Saturday. The Minister said that salaries of the government employees had been increased and there is also enhancement in the pensions. She said that a huge amount had been allocated for the development projects.
Nargis said people of the province would benefit from this budget. She congratulated Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Provincial Finance Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah, members of the provincial cabinet as well as the people and said that this `Awami' budget would bring progress and prosperity to the province.
