Hassan Ali Bhatti and Farooq Mayer have been elected unanimously as president and vice president of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) respectively here on Tuesday evening. While addressing the members of executive committee of SCCI, group leader Riaz-ud-din Sheikh expressed the confidence that newly elected officer holders would fully concentrate on resolving the problems being confronted by the business community of Sialkot.
The woman folk has also been given due representation in the chamber aimed at assisting businesswomen and to resolve their problems, Riaz-ud-Din Sheikh said. The group leader stressed upon the members of the business community that they should forge complete unity among the ranks for further strengthening the founder group and serve the business community with a missionary zeal and commitment.
Riaz-ud-Din Sheikh pledged that development projects undertaken by the SCCI would be accomplished and new projects would also be initiated. On this occasion he congratulated the newly elected president, vice president and members of the executive committee.
