The `Taraveeh' would be held at more than 4,000 mosques and other places in the metropolis.
The police have made elaborate arrangements for the security on the occasion. A contingency plan has already been chalked out in this regard by the Sindh police.
More than 13,000 police officers and jawans would be deployed for security duty during the holy month.
Meanwhile, as many as 107 Bachat bazaars would be set up in Karachi during the month of Ramzan by the Bureau of Supply to facilitate the people to buy items of daily use on fixed prices.
